We limit sharing to what is needed to operate our business

We store information in our internal cloud software and related systems. These services may be located in Canada or in other countries. As a result your information may be processed outside your province or outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take steps to ensure a comparable level of protection through contracts and safeguards.

If you are in Quebec we assess the privacy risks of transfers outside Quebec and use contractual measures to ensure adequate protection.

8. Retention
Our current practice is to retain information indefinitely for record keeping service history and hiring reference unless you request deletion or a shorter period is required by law. We periodically review the information we hold and securely delete or de identify information that is no longer needed.

You may ask us to delete your information. We will comply unless we must keep it to meet legal tax or audit obligations or to establish or defend legal claims.

We use administrative physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. 11. Communications and CASL
If you opt in to receive marketing emails we identify our business include our contact details and provide an unsubscribe link in every message. You can unsubscribe at any time. Transactional or service related messages may still be sent when needed.

12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third party links
Our website may link to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
