It’s performing root cause analysis during troubleshooting and implementing long term solutions to problems wherever possible. Having an in-house team of engineers who laterally support our O&M team has led to increased production from our sites. Both teams, work together and exchange information from the field to the office to make improvements, not only to procedures and tooling, but for components and design improvements that can significantly improve reliability of equipment.
